“Great”

“I booked this location because it was listed as a hotel. It is not. They are 5-6 small bungalows. The pictures are incredibly misleading. Theres a pool, but it was green, with tacky signs everywhere saying that the pool was closed. I tried to get a refund after I stepped in one of the rooms, which looked nothing like the pictures, only to have to have to contact 3 different support staff to see what happened. They argued that although the pictures can vary, all the rooms offer the same...

“The unit was cute and cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The only issue was the army of gnats that invaded the unit and flew in my face all night and concern about the back door. The back door opens out so it’s hard to put a chair against it or a doorstop or anything to keep someone from entering or alerting you to an intruder. However, the neighborhood seemed relatively safe and I managed to lean a chair against the door so that it would fall and make a noise if somebody did...

“Nice room and area however if you need a snack or forgot a toiletrie there is no option nearby to get anything. Closest restaurants or store is over 30 min walk.”

“The Tru by Hilton is great, my only complaint is that I asked the night shift manager if there was a possibility for late checkout? And I kept getting told that they didn't know and that I had to wait until the morning.”

“We were given the wrong room for first 2 nights. A twin room which we thought looked smaller than the suite we'd booked. Only found out when tried to charge drinks to room. We were then moved to correct room which was the suite we had booked. No offer of discount! Otherwise, hotel was fine.”

“Property was not like the pictures showed, possibly bed bugs, lizards crawling on premises. The ad said pay when you arrive however, it charged my card months in advance. Had it not charged my card l would not have stayed there. For the same money l stayed in a next to new hotel a few miles away a few days later. Building was old and needed updates.”

“Room was clean and had extra toiletries in the room. I’ve stayed here before and it was nice and quiet just like this time. Parking wasn’t a hassle because it was on site and had a minimum amount of parking spaces.”
