"We were given the wrong room for first 2 nights. A twin room which we thought looked smaller than the suite we'd booked. Only found out when tried to charge drinks to room. We were then moved to correct room which was the suite we had booked. No offer of discount! Otherwise, hotel was fine."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean, and the hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The only downside was the noise at night. There is a rooftop bar across the street that plays loud music late into the evening, and it could be heard from our room into the early morning hours. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to request a room on the opposite side of the hotel or bring earplugs. Aside from that, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again."

"I accidentally booked the wrong date by one week. Front desk staff seamlessly worked with my 3rd party site to confirm my meeting mistake which granted me a refund & then booked me a nicer suite for a fair Price for the right dates. The pool was nice & relaxing t to use in the morning. Gym was clean & offered water & a scale. I really enjoyed being able to eat at the restaurant on site. The waiter was fabulous & food was yummy!"

"Everything was clean and constant cleaning in common areas. Staff was very friendly when we did interact. Beach view was perfect. The pools were great especially the infinity pool but the Shipwreck Bar Pool was very unique also. I would stay here again. Only thing I did not like was paying $57/day to park in an almost empty parking deck across the street."

"Check in was smooth. Rooms were not ready upon arrival but they texted and emailed when the rooms were ready. Rooms were well appointed and beautifully designed. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Beautiful view looking at the adult pool and marina. Only one small dissatisfaction was the shower. Shower space was longer then normal and the water pressure was not great. Not deal breakers and will return to this hotel again. Service from concierge, maid service, turn down service, and in room dining, pool attendants, as well as the restaurants were all top notch."
