“Hotel Seward was a disappointment in multiple ways. We booked a room with two queen beds - the room felt incredibly small, with super small bathrooms. There was no room service and cleaning everyday. The reception staff were rude and unfriendly. I called the reception to ask for two glasses and she asked me to go and ask the restaurant, in a very rude attitude. They never emptied the trash, cleaned the bathroom and absolutely refused to make the beds. After telling them multiple times we got a...

“Our stay at the Vue was great! Our room was clean. The kitchen was loaded with everything we needed, including breakfast pastries, eggs, cereals and fruit! I met some of the staff and they were also great. It was also centrally located, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Sealife Center is also only a few blocks away. If we come back to Seward, we’ll definitely stay here again! Thank you!”

“What a great experience! The Yurt was great! It was super clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable! There is no bathroom in the Yurt - - there are portable toilets and a shower a short walk away. Overall I would recommend this for a unique Alaska experience!”
