"The carpet in our room was duct taped to the floor and the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off. In the hall, there were hugh wrinkles in the carpet. On the first floor there were bugs in a light fixture hanging from the ceiling. The carpet in and around the bar area was very badly stained. The breakfast selection was minimal."

"First stay here for OU family weekend. It was fantastic all around. Super clean, beautifully updated suite, amazing shower, friendly staff, tasty free breakfast. Used the fitness center and sauna. Was initially skeptical simply because of the size and location. No issues getting an uber and the entire hotel was immaculately kept."

"Okana is a super fun place for families, and the kids absolutely loved the indoor water park. The rooms feel almost brand new and were in great condition overall. Everything was very clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, coffee maker with coffee, and an in-room safe. My only concern is with some workmanship details that could become bigger issues over time. The sink faucet in our room was not tightened properly to the counter and wobbled, and the wall-mounted light above the nightstand was loose, rotating and falling out of position. If similar issues exist in other rooms, it could create a maintenance headache down the road. Management may want to have contractors go back through the property to tighten faucets, secure fixtures, and address these small installation details now before they turn into larger problems. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return."
