“Nada más llegar al alojamiento me dijeron que no tenía reserva hecha ya que no trabajan con Hotels.com Después de un largo viaje lo último que quieres oir es que no puedes alojarte pero tras una hora me dejaron entrar en la habitación diciéndome que la culpa es de la web Hotels.com (con la que no vuelvo a hacer una reserva nunca más). La habitación es un poco básica pero suficiente para pasar una noche y al día siguiente hacer un rafting por el río Tana. El rafting fue muy divertido y muy seguro...

“Unfortunately the room we had booked was not available due to rain. We got another room and a bar voucher for which is a good reaction. Unfortunately the room was dirty and overall Kondition of bathroom etc was terrible. Bar and Food ok. Otherwise not coming back there.”

“Lite kalldusch vid ankomste då bokningen hade fastnat hos en mellanhand som missat att meddela hotellet om vår bokning vilket medförde bekymmer för både oss och dem. Men med smidighet och god vilje ordnades ett utmärkt familjerum för oss med fantastisk havsutsikt. All personal var oerhört vänlig och tillmötesgående.”
