The staff was kind, the food was delicious and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was included but lunch and dinner were separate. Dinner buffet is good but pricey

The staff seemed constantly overwhelmed. Dont expect to get picked up from or dropped at the airport on time. The room had no hot water and was far from clean. I realize it is one of two hotels in town (owned by the same provider) but I'd avoid staying here again.

The property aesthetic is beautiful. Wooden pathways, rope and what looks like bamboo walls and roofs. Lots of greenery around the cobblestone like pathways. Rooms were beautiful and clean overall, check-in was flawless and polite. Pool and pool area is small, but pleasant to sit at. The dining options are extremely limited to one restaurant on site and that’s even more limited to buffet only for dinner and a La carte for lunch - Prices for the dinner buffet were outrageous for what it was.

Very comfortable short term stay.
Great for families with kids. Rooms are large and beds very comfortably. It almost never rains there, but when it does the halls are flooded because the roof above them are not waterproof. The restaurant is OK. Not huge choice but one should find something to his or her taste. Mix of western, Indian and middle eastern cousin. Very friendly service. Overall very satisfied.

Calm and quiet get away
Excellent experience and great place to get away from busy city. Resturant was great with tasty food and staff were excellent. Would have been even better if a late checkout was accommodated.

We were there for two nights on a busy holiday weekend So the staff was busy, run out of towels , and the pool and the breakfast buffet, were always crowded The internet was slow in our room, so we had to make some video calls from the Lobby... All said...we paid to much for the services avialable. On the other hand, rooms were clean and spacious and the location allowed to walk to the supwemarket , and a Castle Museum

We booked bb & wee planning to eat for dinner at the hotel after checking online that they have 2 restaurants. When going to the main restaurant the waiter informed us, that we can't order a la carte & must go for the buffet option. It turned out that this was not right as we saw others ordering from the menu. This was unacceptable. We complained to the restaurant manager. He said we could order from the menu, but it would take longer. It was too late as already started eating from the buffet. In addition it took ages to get us a baby cot, even though we asked for one over a message, a call & upon check in.

Expensive
Big rooms. Small resort, on the expensive side considering the amenities. I asked if I could charge my electric car and the rate was almost 80 USD for every 6 hours worth of charging.

The hotel is attractive and has very friendly staff. Most would do go to great lengths to please. Only one staff member found it too much effort to show us the two room options available. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. I would recommend the full board option because there are very few options outside the hotel. There are very few attractions in the area. I’d recommend a day trip on a dhow.

Vermutlich bestes Hotel in Musandam
Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und geräumigem Zimmer. Einziges Manko, dass altes Geschirr teils erst am nächsten Tag weggeräimt wurde.

It was ok.
Hotel looks fantastic. Loved the building and the location. However, the restaurant was a bit chaotic and the service slow. The pool area is very small and WiFi connection was poor.

Staying at Atana Musandam in April
Our stay was pleasant. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was a bit dark with not enough lighting, even during the day after opening the curtains. The room also had a lot of mosquitoes, but thankfully they were not the kind that bites. The food selection at the restaurant was not great, but it wasn't bad either. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for 1 night, but not 5-star accommodation.
