Property is really ran down. Booked a suite to have the ability to cook for my family. Room was suppose to come with pots and pans did not had to buy my own. Could not get clean towels pool area not clean and not functioning properly. Carpet in hallways trip hazard. Requested toilet paper front desk did not have access to get any had to go out and buy my own.Hotel has realmy went to crap!

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Giselle. I enjoyed my stay & the convenience to everything. The hotel could use some updates, but for the price & location it was overlooked. Room was clean, spacious & had a decent kitchen. Great stay! Memorable event.

Absolutely a wonderful experience the hot tub relaxed me and I had the best night sleep. The room was very clean and had everything it was supposed to have no false advertising here if your in the area and looking for a place to stay this is the place!

Pool ac wasn't working so back door was open to outside hot tube which wast operating or filled. Flowerbox outside was filled with cat poop. Rebar sticking out of cement in pool area. Stearwells carpet wasnt vacuumed can see dirt and debris.. room was fine but carpet had stains and could see spots where carpet was tired. I didnt use kitchen but stove was dirty inside. Walls had tape on them guess left over from last party or something... for 95 a night its cheap for a room with a kitchen but wont be back

Hotel was spacious and clean, gym and pool were very nice. We also enjoyed dinner next door at the taqueria restaurant. We even met the owner. He was great. Only suggestion would be a quarter machine and vending machine for laundry purposes.

Un buen hotel. Tranquilo y muy accesible a tiendas, supermercados, mall, restaurantes y más. Lo único que opino es que necesita una buena remodelacion. El letrero del Hotel casi no se ve por que está borroso, los baños aunque limpios ya están muy desgastados. El televisor del cuarto es de la época de los 90's (LITERAL, de los de cajones grandes) y las alfombras tanto dentro del cuarto como en todo el edificio estan manchadas y desgastadas. A pesar de esto lo recomiendo pues es un buen lugar para descansar.

Hotel was nice and clean. However there was no shower curtain in the tub no extra tissue paper. For a 100.00 plus a night there should be some type of free breakfast, full or continental. No coffee or juice.

Terrible staff. Seemed like a bad element in the area. Couldnt provide enough towels for the rooms or the pool area. Sauna was out of order. Was supposed to be pet friendly but was just aloud pets to stay. Not handicap efficient at all. Would not recommend for families. Am expecting a refund for most of my stay due to so many complaints to management.

The stay was great, and desk personnel took care of all needs. Room was good, and so was the parking area . The only thing that needs attention is ceiling paint above pool, sauna door wouldn't shut all the way, and one of the pool rules paper needed changed out due to moisture. Not a big deal, but does need attention. Also has a hot tub, and workout room. This hotel has it all! Mexican restaurant is attached to the hotel, so you can get food and breakfast there. We will be using this hotel for now on when in Killeen visiting my son & his family at Ft. Hood Army Base.

Please Pass the Shilo
The property overall is poorly maintained. The pictures are definitely a catfish hotel. Upon entry there is a huge hole in the ceiling. No warning signs at all. The room did not have adequate lighting. The dishes, cabinets, refrigerator was dirty. Only 1 wash cloth and towel. There was a horrible odor in the hallway. The pillows are throw pillows with a pillow case over it. The bed did not have a blanket only a heavy sheet. The tub was pour water from both spouts even when you try to cut the shower spout on only. The water also smelled like chlorine. The hotel has potential, but potential does not equate to a nice stay.

Great stay would recommend to others. Regarding cleanliness, I feel the sheets were probably washed but stained none the less. Also, the televisions in the rooms can definitely stand to be updated.

Needs an upgrade but okay to stay
My wife an I first time at this hotel. Pick it cause it was close to son's home. Was an okay stay but had a few hicups. Did not say no breakfast and they didn't have coffee in the lobby. I don't really care for the little coffee pots in the rooms, so i usually go downstairs for coffee. Bed was comfortable and room was old school nice. Needs an upgrade. But the really awesome part was the black lady at check in. She was really polite and helpful. Met us with a smile and asked how our day was going. Super great person. I recommend this hotel for the price and location.
