“Friendly helpful staff”

“room was huge very clean and bathroom was super , Breakfast was quite limited , dinner was excellent with plenty of choice and server was very nice even gave us 2 glasses of bubbly to celebrate my partners birthday nice touch , ”

“Neil the host welcomed us when we arrived and explained everything. The cabin was spotless, and full of everything we needed, and cosy and warm. Hot tub was a joy no matter the weather, and we really enjoyed a movie night on the comfy sofa and projector.”

“We had a 3 night stay , breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Because it was a mid-week break the bar was very quiet at night, not much atmosphere. Our room, 102 as a twin room was very small and outdated, all rooms in my opinion should have walk-in showers. House keeping staff were very friendly and helpful. No hassell check-in / check-out. An abundance of car parking at rear of hotel.”

“Our room was very clean & tidy. Evening meal was tasty though not a huge selection. Breakfast was fresh but again not a great selection. Parking was just outside which is a bonus ”

“First visit and will definitely return. Staff are really friendly, room was spacious and spotless. Proximity to all amenities was perfect. Food was excellent and portions were great. My only concern was the lack of knowledge and consideration for people with coeliac disease, that was the only negative factor. Thank you ”

“Host entered our locked room while we were gone to draw the shades and turn our tv off. Invasion of privacy. Also, beware if you come here in the winter, host is a penny pincher and won’t keep the heat on in the house past 10pm. We were absolutely freezing and had to leave the accommodation because it was far too cold for our children. He refused to turn it on. ”
