โI tried 3 different emails & on hold for 15 minutes to try to book parking before arriving and did not get a response. I phoned again on the morning we were due to arrive & was finally able to book parking. It is valet parking as the hotel is in the city centre, ยฃ48 a night but we thought the best option.

The room, whilst small, had all the aminities necessary, including a kettle with branded tea and coffee, sugar and sweetners, sachets of milk in the mini fridge and two biscuits.
