"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"

"We were first sent to the Wall Street which was terrible. It looked nothing like the photos. It may have been Expedia’s fault for having the wrong photos up. Wall Street is run down. I informed a property manager that night via email & no response. The next morning another property manager texted asking how my stay is & I informed her of the issue. "Pros- Big house, great view. Cons- No shade on the door to the deck in the master bedroom. Nothing like waking up at the crack of dawn! Also, that screen door didn't latch so it banged in the wind. Some nice touches like a snack bag and a bottle of wine, but no coffee!"
