"Staff should improve their English, but they try to do everything is possible to help you. The Hotel is super clean, Shibuya Crossing is 2 blocks away, a lot of restaurants around, and on the first floor, the green line of the subway is a few meters away; it is a very safe area, there is a room in front of the elevator, in the floor 10 or 9, that have a collection of vinyl disc (a kind of music room) whre you can go and play a vinyl disc."

The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to explore. Check-in was seamless, the staff were friendly, spoke English, and the service was simply superb. I emailed Lyf, and not only did they confirm they found the money, they arranged for it to be sent by courier the very next day, to the hotel we were staying at in Kyoto.
