"Host was very kind and assisted with check in and directions. For a family of three the room was honestly a little small and the full shower with vanity was a shared facility. No locks on the shower and private room doors could also be a concern as well. The host turned on the heaters and was very kind during our short stay."

"Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. The toilet was a little small but other than that, everything else was great. Location is also great as it was only a short walk from Sangenjaya station. Highly recommend this place! Very value for money!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya. The room had both a washing machine and a small kitchen, which made it incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. Having the ability to do laundry and prepare simple meals made our stay much more comfortable, especially when traveling with a little one.
