"My wife and I stayed in one of the hotel rooms and enjoyed it. Had a view of the forest and were able to watch monkeys in the trees. A/C worked well but we never had very hot water for the shower. Staff was great and the pool / beach access area was very nice. Bar and restaurant on site as well as massages. You can rent scooters and book tours directly from the hotel. Bit of a walk to other restaurants and bars but not too bad. "

They ordered a cab (when we had to make a boat) that arrived 20 minutes late, crammed us in with tons of people and the cab smelled of cigarettes, and they dropped our bag on the street. We could have gotten our own private transport that was outside the door for less money. When I pointed this out to the hotel, the response was “we will complain to the company, no worries.” Our complaint is with both the cab company and the hotel. We made a mistake trusting them. "
