"New build hotel with small pool, large rooms, equipped kitchen and huge bed! Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting. Location is around 10-15 mins walk to lamai beach but lots of food places around.

"Lovely place, generally a good experience. Loved walking over to the main beach over the headland which is a really easy walk. The sand and water is much nicer on that main beach. Food was pretty good, crazy they didn’t have any stir fried green dishes on the menu tho!!!
Resort was well kept, room was great, love the style of this resort. Would definitely go back."
"- Beautiful views
- steep hill, but free shuttle is provided for going down and back. They even dropped us off and picked us up at nearby restaurants. Only issue was the shuttle stops at 5:00 pm.
- great breakfast with first specialty coffee free each day.
- near to lots of cool restaurants"
"Firstly, the Staff are awesome and super helpful - they are all amazing! Unfortunately, the property is not on the beach and doesn’t have direct access with sun loungers and a dedicated beach area like the other nearby hotels. It requires a walk down a hill and a path thru other bungalows and is not easily visible especially after sunset. Other neighboring hotels offer better access and dedicated beach amenities. Also the room was in a building up a hill above the level of the pool and beach. It is quite a steep walk back up the hill to get back to your room. It is also difficult to walk into the small section of town that’s very close, but the road also has 2 steep hills that need to be trudged up to get there. Once again the other nearby hotels are at beach level and easy to get to beach and the shops and restaurants without a challenging hike. Finally, the property is a bit dated and could use a refresh as well. The ratings in place seem wildly inflated in my opinion. I would expect a rating starting with a 7 or low 8 for such a property. Once again this is about the property and I must re-emphasize how wonderful the staff are."
"The location is great if you’re going to the full moon party. The villas are a bit run down, furnished pretty cheaply. We had issues with bugs our first few hours in our villa. At first it was large millipedes coming out of the drain and then later found a huge cockroach in my belongings. I understand the villas are surrounded by plants and nature but if we looked down the drain we could see sunlight coming through, as if there was no seal and the drain just leads to the outdoors. I notified the front desk of this and they kindly moved us to a different villa, which was apparently an upgraded more expensive room because it was a sea view and not a garden view like we initially booked. At checkin when we first arrived we asked the employee if we would be able to extend our stay by 1 day and we would pay whatever rate. He said this was okay and showed us a rate of 3500 baht or so and that we could pay upon checkout. On our last night a different employee approached us and told us we still need to pay for the extra night and told us it would be approx 6000 baht. It was hard to figure it out due to the language barrier but he was trying to charge us for a night in the more expensive sea view room and not the garden view we booked, even though we never asked to be moved to a more expensive room. It was eventually sorted but it was quite annoying to deal with after already dealing with disgusting bugs in the room."
"Older resort in a stunning beachside location with a huge pool. Most staff were friendly and helpful, especially Julie.
My ground floor room was spacious with a renovated bathroom & terrace. Unfortunately the old, heavy timber furniture was dated, whilst the poor lighting, multiple light switches and heavy curtains combined to create a dark ambience. The bed mattress was firm and uncomfortable.
Breakfasts were disappointing - eg limited range of cereals and fresh fruit, malfunctioning toaster. Service staff seemed bored and disinterested.
Heaps of customer service improvement and building/grounds maintenance are required eg painting of timber railings, broken step tiles, rubbish at foot of stair wells.
Local shops outside the Hotel include a mini-market but only a single major restaurant."
"Beautiful resort! Pools were great! The beach was not good for swimming, however, there is a beautiful large, lively one within 15 minutes of walking. There’s also a free Shuttle to 2nd pool."
"Beautiful setting with easy beach access, adequate pool (although only around 10 lounges are provided). Attentive check in and service staff in the beach-facing restaurant. Adequate buffet breakfast but the flies and mosquiotos are annoying.
Other issues are the lack of evening entertainment (incl.music) - apart from the exciting fire show on Sundays. Also limited access to live Australian TV channels (some repeats are on Youtube). Resort can get a bit boring for a solo traveller after a couple of days, especially as the linked Village contains mainly restaurants and mini-markets but no pub or tour office."
"Very clean. If looking to stay in Haad Rin and don’t want a cheap hostel would definitely recommend this spot. Pool is also pretty well maintained.
Also great location for full moon/beach."
