The only problem that we experienced is the trolley situation. The resort is large so I would suggest have the trollies going around more often. Otherwise it was perfect "

"The best thing is the staff. The bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly and needed to be fixed. The room could do with a bit of modernising. The rest of the property is lovely "

"Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly. Tolerating it for the kids club and activities but definitely on my own I wouldn’t return."
