お部屋はアンティークな感じがして凄く好きでした、フロント、清掃の方々も感じよく気持ちよく過ごさせてもらいました。 朝食は期待していた分、味、バランスは思っていたより普通でした。 ジュースサーバーは無し、オレンジ・りんごジュース、お茶、水、コーヒー、紅茶でした。 コーンスープは最後まで出てこず。 サービスの方々もめっちゃ愛想がいいとはいえなかったのも残念。 お安くいただけたので良いのですが、定価では行かないかな。

万博からの帰りのタクシーが混雑していて、チェックインが遅くなりそう（深夜2時くらい）と連絡したら嫌な言い方一つぜずに親切に対応いただいた。とても感じがよく、ここのホテルにしてよかったと感じた。実際には12時前には到着できたが、電話した時はタクシーが捕まらずホテルまで行けるか心配で焦っていたので、優しく対応いただいて、救われた。 万博会場からも神戸元町からも近く、万博と観光両方楽しめる立地で良かった。 朝食もとても良かった。また利用したい。

部屋は綺麗で広くて良かったのですが、設備が古いからかお風呂も洗面台も蛇口が硬くてひねりにくく、お風呂の蛇口をシャワーに切り替えようと思ったらどうやっても動かず、諦めた頃に動きました。 テレビも電波が悪かったのか、一部のチャンネルが繋がりませんでした。 一緒に泊まっていた別の部屋に泊まった友人に聞いたら、友人の部屋はトラブルがなかったそうなので、私がたまたま外れの部屋だったのかもしれません。 そこだけが残念でしたが、フロントの対応も良かったし、駐車場も隣接していたので良かったです。

シャワーと浴槽が別で使い易かった。浴槽も大きく足を伸ばして入れたので、ゆったりとお湯に浸かれた。 お部屋も広く、快適に過ごせた。

いいところは複合施設内でありアーケード通路を通って電車に乗って移動できたり、買い物ができるため便利。雨が降っていたが問題なかった。 部屋の設備が古くなってきている感じはするが(冷蔵庫、エアコン等)、とくに問題はなく、朝食ビュッフェは満足で、トータル的によい宿泊。
