"We had an adjoining family room which was very good. Clean bedding, small fridge in the room with 2 bottles of water free each day. Air con was good. Pool was nice. Free breakfast daily (buffet with eggs made to order). The surrounding area is busy and loud. We travelled with a child but it was fine, no concerns"

"This hotel was fantastic. All the staff were kind and helpful. The facilities were amazing. Top notch gym. I opted for the room with the onsen pass. I slept like a baby every night. Breakfast got a bit chaotic with all the people but the food was absolutely delicious. I had the chance to try all sorts of foods that I didn't know what to eat for lunch and dinner. I will definitely stay here again in the future."
