"My family of 3 had a wonderful time and our 8 year old was delighted with the baths, the kid dinner and buffet. Our only complaint was the dinner restaurant happened to have a lot of loudly screaming children which diminished the experience a bit."

"The traditional Japanese breakfast was amazing "

"Incredible stay, food was outstanding! Rooms were magnificent. Will return!"

"Great stay and room, would recommend for travellers looking for a ryokan experience."

"Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Great hotel and brilliant amenities."
