"Customer service is impeccable! Lovely guy sorted it all for us and even let us use hotel pool after checkout as flight so late. Please book this is a fabulous villa, great pool, can walk to restaurants and a little “strip”. We hired a car for beaches and trips but loads of scooter hire places too. No loud nightlife, go to Paradise Cafe for excellent service and great prices greek food. "

"I liked the beach in the bay, views, fairly well equipped gym and good food. I didn't like the app's poor UX and the hotel staff to the most of the questions answering "it's available in the app". "The hotel room was great with a nice hot tub style bath. The tv was a good size with a couple of english tv shows. The garden/patio area was small but had a lot of sun to dry bikinis etc. The room had a safe and refrigerator to store wine and water etc. The water in the room didnt run very hot which was a little annoying. The garden view was more of a patio, not really a view. Overall, the room was lovely unless you are quite picky. The hotel was very close to the beach, just across the road....

"This is not a 5 star property. This is closer to 3 star. The ‘arcade’ area is non existent, the rooms are dated and uncomfortable. Our first room was disgusting so had to pay €250 for a slightly better room. The food is repetitive, entertainment is limited. The hotel is very basic and the resort is small and hard to fill your days. I would not recommend this hotel. "
