“We had an absolutely fantastic stay and genuinely didn’t want to leave! This was one of the best family holidays we’ve had. The hotel is perfect for families. Our girls loved the pools, waterslides and the high ropes course. Just be aware that some of the slides have a minimum height requirement of 120cm, and if you’re planning on doing the high ropes, make sure you bring proper trainers as Crocs aren’t allowed (we actually had to borrow a kind stranger’s shoes!). “Overall, a good hotel, but small details could make it top-notch. No bottled water available at the bar or in the restaurant. This is usually a given whilst abroad, bottles could be filled up, but this would look mental as a couple with 3 1.5l bottles each daily. Room was nice but nothing in the mini bar.”

“We have had an amazing 4 nights here. The hotel, the staff, the service, food and drinks are all on point, we spent around €575 which is very acceptable for 2, we was not wanting for anything. Zwei kleine Mankos - in unserem Zimmer gab es keinen Steckdose im Bad und am Wasserpark gibt es keine Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken zu bekommen (man muss zum Hauptpool, was alleine mit zwei Kindern nicht so schön ist) absonsten waren wir sehr happy über den gesamten Aufenthalt und würden es weiterempfehlen!”

“I paid extra for a suite expecting a quieter, more premium experience, but unfortunately this was one of the noisiest hotels I’ve stayed in. My suite was on the ground floor with a terrace overlooks a construction site one side and a strip club the other, with construction noise throughout the day.
