โThe room was huge compared to other hotels in metropolitan cities. Condition and service of the hotel was great for the price. Complimentary breakfast was okay but wish they had better(payable)breakfast service. The hotel's very close to McGill university.โ
โAMAZING!! From the moment we pulled up to valet and were greeted by Peter & the other staff members our trip was truly incredible. The concierge, Ian, helped us book tours, dining reservations & went above & beyond for the birthday girl in our group. โI spent one night with my two kids. It was for my boy to celebrate his birthday. I wrote note to the hotel the reason why we going to the hotel. Hotel asked me about him such as his age and what he likes. few days before we get there.
When we got our room he was so~happy. There were balloons and small gift with cookies. What is more, birthday card for him. My boy had best birthday ever~!!

โThe breakfast was decent and the beds were very comfortable. It was within walking distance of some of Montreal's main attractions, and the metro station is located right in front of the hotel so it was easy to get around. The noise was unfortunate when going up and down the stairs. It would also be nice if disposable slippers were provided.โ
โAfter an early morning flight, we arrive tired but my wife and I were quickly cheered up by a warm greeting from Marcy. Our room was ready even though we were a couple of hours early. All the staff were cheerful and helpful with ideas on where to eat and how to get to the subway. Great location to explore Old Montreal.โ
โOur stay was great! The staff at the front desk were terrific. Front lobby and bar were comfortable and welcoming. Parking was easy in the underground lot, which is clean and brightly lit. I also liked that the garage was secure. The room was newly renovated, clean and the beds were so comfortable! There is a room on each floor with an ice machine, and a locker with extra towels, bedding and some toiletries. This was so helpful for when we needed extra towels. No need to call housekeeping!...
