We splurged on this hotel and it was magical! They offer a free shuttle from the train station, super easy to get to from Tokyo. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful once you get in! Amazing stay experience with the breathtaking view of Lake Kawaguchi and the magnificent Mt. Fuji from your room literally in and out. The room was tidy and spacious with the ceiling tall window and the comfortable terrace sofa. The staff and the service was very friendly, approachable yet has a first class detailed hospitality. The property was highly designed well on how you spend the time in both in the room and in the woods by the nature. Definitely recommend for any group if any age!!

We arrived late but the owner came to pick us up at the bus stop and took us back to our place. Check in was smooth and the lady gave us a little tour of our cottage as well and explained everything. 5/5 Definitely recommended for anyone especially if you come in bigger group! There was only 3 of us so it was plenty of space. They picked us up at the train station. Service was excellent. They were very nice toward us. I unfortunately only stay at this lovely villa for only one night because I already booked else where. I will definitely stay there again if I have a chance. It was pretty close to the lake as well. On a clear day, you can easily see Fuji-san.

Our stay in this hotel is amazing, they have an excellent service and they serve delicious food. The room is very clean and the whole facilities is clean. The location is perfect for all the tourist spots like most of the beautiful spots are less than 30 minutes drive.
