Reasonable hotel, a bit old and smelly. The one time I contacted the reception for a taxi to the airport they offer me a taxi for 300% higher than uber, well, I don’t like hotel can’t be trusted.

Amazing Hotel

Amazing stay with the grandson, easy to get around from the hotel, close to pick up points for trips around the city. Walking distance to Schindler’s factory and Hero square. Chocolate shop inside was a great touch.

This hotelbwas world class. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and everything about the hotel was perfect. The bar area, swimming pool, breakfast area were so nice. The room was great with an excellent comfortable bed. Looking forward to returning.

Easy commute by tram from the town centre. Nice pool, friendly staff. Very busy at breakfast times, some popular items don’t get replenished once gone, eg waffles and pancakes.

Hotel beautiful, staff spoke good English and very helpful. You need to download Uber to get around. Spa suite awesome shame jacuzzi broken. Restaurant has limited choice for allergies which is awfully disappointing.

I enjoyed the gluten free options on the menu the wheel chair access for my father. It was very disappointing that only 1 channel on the tv (CNN) was in English; then thevlast 4 days of my visit, CNN was no longer available. There was no option for netflix, amazon prime etc.. I spoke to the ladies at the front desk about this, and they said that there isn't anyhing that they can do about it.

Veldig fint opphold på galaxy hotel. Mind barn og jeg likte godt bassenget. Bra sikkerhet på hotell mtp ingen kan ta heis uten rom kort. Ok utvalg av mat. Synd de ikke har is på hotell, det savnet vi. Sovesofa var hard. Men vi klarte oss. Takk for oss Tok taxi rundt om kring med uber og bolt, veldig rimelig.
