We have recently stayed in this amazing hotel. This is a very lovely hotel,located on the Vistula river bank ,has an amazing view of the rivwr from tehir Vanila restaurant. They had excellent selection of breakfast items with a great quality of coffee. All the staff was very helpful including Justin and Piotr.They have a kids play area which my little one loved most ❤️

Prices from this hotel had gone up and up, but quality of the breakfast went done, also staff in the breakfast/restaurant was so unfriendly, not a "good morning" from the young staff. The just pretty much talk to you to ask room number. Also, even with pre-booking of the parking space, there was no control from reception of my reservation of parking lot. Because of this, really consider to try other hotels in the same area.

Not a five-star hotel.

This hotel is definitely not a five-star hotel. I would rate it strong three stars, but not even four. Be aware that some rooms are dark and worn-out, nothing like the pictures (receptionist said there are a lot of rooms of darker design, but there are no photos of them possibly because they don't look as nice). However, when I've asked for a different room I was given one and even got an upgrade, so it left us satisfied. The price of the hotel is too high. The breakfast was nice, with a lot of options to choose from and tasty meals to order and the location is overall nice.

Not good experience

They didn't tell parking area is located for each vehicle individually when we checked in. So we parked where we found space. Then some other customers warned us to take car from their space. Staff is not good at speaking english. In restaurant, they don't understand anything especially at breakfast. They didn't find any solution for lack of double bed. They'd combine two single bed. It's difficult to enter hotel with car. There is a construction since last one year all along the street.

Dejligt hotel på en fin beliggenhed. Ved floden og sporvognen 2 minutter fra hotellet. Fint, rent og rummeligt værelse men sengen var i den hårde ende (for os). Fik en vidunderlig massage, hvilket virkelig kan anbefales

Mycket bra hotell och familjevänligt.

Fint och bekvämt hotell med rum som var bekväma, rena och bra. Vi hade farhågor om att det skulle vara mycket ljud från gatan men vi stördes inte alls av detta, trots att vårt rum vette mot gatan med spårvagnsled. Sängen och fåtöljen var bekväma, badrummet hade både dusch och badkar samt bra hygienartiklar. Rent och prydligt. Allt var bra i rummet. Det bästa med hela hotellet var servicen från personalen. När vi checkade in (runt 11.00) fick vi frågan om de skulle hålla frukosten öppen en extra stund för oss, så vi kunde äta och betala för. Vi bad även om att få ta med oss frukostpaket två dagar pga tidiga utflykter och vi fick en stor och generös frukostpåse med oss. Personalen var alltid trevlig och välkomnade med ett leende. Om vi besöker Krakow igen skulle vi absolut kunna besöka detta hotell igen. Det är en liten promenad in till centrum, men vi varierade mellan att gå längs floden eller via gatan, och det avgick ofta spårvagnar (nr 1 och 2) ifall vi inte orkade gå. Vi besökte spat vid ett tillfälle och blev inte fler pga tidsbrist. Vi hängde också vid flera tillfällen på lekplatsen utomhus vilket var väldigt bra för oss som barnfamilj.

Hotellet har nok været et 5 stjernet i 1980-1990 men er ikke rigtig fulgt med tiden. Interiør meget slidt og 80 agtigt med specielle farver og udsmykning / spejle mm. Farvevalgene ville nok være en del anderledes idag. Spa var dog helt fantastisk. Utrolig afslappet og rolig masseuse. Dygtig og professionel og høflig.

The Hotel Niebieski we found to be a modern and stylish hotel. The staff were helpful. There is a riverside footpath that leads to the city or a main road it is about 25 minutes. We did not dine at the hotel but we had breakfast which was nice, also the minibar in the room is priced very reasonably when compared to UK hotels which usually charge a fortune for minibar items.

Great location and views .

The hotel is officially 5 star but really its 4 star maximum. Good points are very clean, location as its close to town and the airport. The riverside location is amazing as we had a terrace view. Staff are very helpful and the spa is worth a visit. Negatives are the breakfasts as they are ok but nothing special. We have had better in 3 star hotels or the Novotel . The basic rooms we saw are dark and basic looking so its worth upgrading for a bit more to a terrace. Overall very good and just dont expect 5 star luxury though as you will be disappointed.

Hotel generalnie przeciętny. Plusy: Obsługa miła i pomocna, Pokój czysty, łóżko wygodne. Minusy: Największy minus za brak możliwości wyłączenia klimatyzacji. Można regulować temperaturę ale nie można wyłączyć nawiewu. To jest dyskwalifikacja, całą noc coś huczy i nie można spać. Kolejny minus to pokój trzy osobowy, łóżko podwójne i pojedyńcze, ale tylko dwie pościele. A więc na podwójnym łóżku walka o pościel po jest za mała... Prysznic w wannie, dla mnie mało komfortowe rozwiązanie. Mydelniczka popsuta. Śniadanie przeciętne, raczej na minus. Nie dałbym 5 gwiazdek temu hotelowi.

Way below 5 start hotel

We bought family room for 2 kids below 1y plus parents. We got a room of a size for 1 person, max 2, with shower and not bath (impossible to wash small kids), and the only sofa over there was coverted into a small bed (like if infants could safely sleep there alone ?!). Not to mention that the sofa converted into bed took all remaining space left. The room was on ground floor and had view over tall fence so we could not see anything besides wall and cars in front (dont belive in pictures with river view). Finally, frodge was discinnected from power supply and we couldnt plug it in as the outlet was hidden behind fixed furniture. For a 5star hotel, I woudnt dare to give them 3-3.5. They have no clue how family room shall look like. Location is the only advantage. We are highly unsatiafied with quality, misleading info on webpage and weak service.

Great hotel to stay !

The staff were very friendly , the location was good and was only 25 minute walk away from Krakow old town , however with many different transportation available it was no bother. The room was clean and the room service was brilliant.

The style of the hotel was amazing. Perfect location if you don’t want the busy traffic or noise, not right in the centre of krakow but transport outside the hotel. Breakfast was very nice in sky bar with a lovely view of sunrise and the river. The only thing was we was on the ground floor first room next to reception and the bar was situated there too. We had no problems the whole time we was staying there with the bar noise but the last night we did! We had early morning flight and had to be up at 2am, at 11am there was a group at the bar in reception talking loudly, laughing and screaming. At 12am they were still there, reception hadn’t told them to be quiet or anything it’s like there wasn’t a curfew like there is at any other hotel. That was the only thing we were unhappy about. Overall the hotel was excellent.
