The property was clean, spacious and warm. The bed was super comfortable. Perfect location with a 15 min walk into the old town and ten mins away from a supermarket. Tram stops nearby, though Krakow is very walkable so we never used transport. Property manager really helpful and allowed us to store our luggage due to having an evening flight on our last day. Definitely recommend.

Best place near the train station

The apartment was much bigger and better than I expected. Pictures somehow don't mirror how big the property is. Full size refrigerator and oven, a lot of utensils, washing machine and even capsules for it - I found everything.

The room itself was fine, and the building. However, I would not book this property on the Exp platform. This is because this platform does not seem to have proper communication with the property. Everything is supposed to be "virtual" check in etc but I realized the morning of my reservation that I had no info about how to get into the building. I was able to call a phone number and after a few tries got in. I would book this hotel again but direct with the hotel. The communication needs are such that you need to have a direct connection on check in details. Finally, EXP lists laundry as an amenity but that is not the case. Others do not list laundry, so Exp needs to remove this amenity from the list.

Nähe Hauptbahnhof, relativ ruhig. Zutritt zu den Räumen ist nervig. Zwei gleichartige Schlüssel und sehr, sehr knapp eigestellte Leuchtdauer machen den Zutritt zu einem Abenteuer. TV für mich nicht nutzbar, da ich ohne Bedienungsanleitung kein Programm einstellen konnte. Bitte einen der beiden Schlüssel mit einem Überzug oder mit Nagellack markieren. Lichtschaltung auf eine Minute verlängern (absurde Vorstellung, man könnte durch die extrem kurze Leuchtdauer den Gewinn erhöhen!)

Easy check in during the busy holidays. Also great customer service by the desk staff. I had to make some short trips around the city after my checkout and they allowed me to leave my luggage while I did. Extremely helpful!

The property was very clean and we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. On the down side there wasn’t a lift and it was very tiring walking up to the third floor after sightseeing around Kraków.

Muy bien ubicado (a 300 metros de la estación de autobuses y a walking distance de las principales atracciones de la ciudad). La unidad era muy cómoda, prolija, moderna y con todos los elementos y enseres que se pueden necesitar en una corta estadía. El baño muy moderno y amplio. Personal amable. Un aspecto no tan favorable fue que el apartamento asignado se encontraba en el tercer piso, al que solo se accede por escalera y no resulta conveniente para personas de edad.

La ubicación es muy buena porque está justo al lado de la estación y del casco histórico. Se puede ir andando a todas las atracciones principales. Por las noches habia bastante ruído y ajetreo. Echamos en falta un mejor colchón. No hay como un buen colchon de visco para descansar que es lo más importante. Estaría bien añadir alguna sábana para poder taparse. El equipamiento de la cocina aceptable. El baño muy bien. Era un apartamiento en 3er piso sin ascensor, no recomendable para maletas grandes y gente mayor.
