The apartment was lovely, with all the amenities we needed and clean. There was a group of 5 people and ample space. The location is perfect, around the corner from the Krakow central square. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars on the doorstep, Definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you.

We were staying at Rembrandt Aparthotel for two nights between 22-27.7. Location is excellent and rooms and the hotel itself was as expected. HOWEVER: 1. We had booked rooms for 6 and 8 persons but the owner (for a reason that he couldn't explain) was only able to provide as rooms for 8, 4 and 2 persons separately. Apparently there was a double-booking in place. 2. Pls note that the owner charges

Absolutely recommendable!

Absolutely recommendable! I am very very satisfied with the Rembrandt Aparthotel and have nothing, really nothing, to complain about! From check-in to the room and the helpfulness of the staff, I can only find positive words. My room was very very clean, extremely comfortable and spacious. The location of the hotel is unbeatable! Only a few minutes' walk from Krakow's central square and all the important places of interest, restaurants and bars are in the immediate area and can be easily reached by foot. A special thank you to the host for allowing me to leave my suitcase and bag in the room on the day of my departure, even though check-out time had already passed. Really highly recommended! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable!!!

Location is GREAT but that's it!

Arriving at the place was easy, checking in was a different story! We found out that the whole check in is done on the next door Cafe, which is "ok". The girls (workers) were nice, they had a weird attitude though. To us, they seemed to be afraid of something or someone but maybe it might have been my wrong reading about them, anyway It was already almost 9pm and they could not find our reservation, they held us there in that Coffee place for more than 1 hour and a half! Outrageous! By that time I was night being do polite and after they found out reservation although I had proofs, numbers and do on they did not have a clean room! The "wife" of the owner took one or two girls to spruce up the room but it wasn't! The toilet was full of peesplashes all over! The room very claustrophobic windows would NOT open and it was very warm! By the time we managed to take a shower and... Yes, another problem! Cold water! :-/ We had to wait 1 hour more, we were extremely tired we'd flown from Brasil to Washington then to Frankfurt and then Kraków Again, tired, starving... Guess what? It was almost 11:40 pm all restaurants nearby were closing just the top expensive Ines were late opened! Anyway The next day, no water to take a shower, the "owner" said it was a city problem not his problem!! He said it was like that for only 30 min but it was actually more than 2 hours! At the end he gave us 40% off from the first day. I, myself would NOT have charged 1 day at all!

Överraskad över hur centralt det var och till det priset! Man fick parkera en bit bort men för vår del med stora barn var det inga problem. Det var svalt och skönt och gott om yta. Charmigt hus. En del i det var gammalt (heltäckningsmattan) men det kändes ändå helt ok.

Keskustan lähellä mukava hotelli

Rembrandt hotelli oli Vanhankaupungin ydinkeskustassa erinomaisessa paikassa. Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Huoneeseen ei kuulunut siivousta eikä televisiosta löytynyt kanavia, Netflix siinä kylläkin oli. Kumpikaan ei häirinnyt. Huoneessa (2.krs) oli jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin, Keittiö (mikro ja hella) oli kaukana 3, kerroksessa. Talossa ei ollut hissiä ja kun huoneet olivat korkeita, portaita sai kävellä paljon. Huone oli tosi rauhallinen, sillä talo oli lähellä päättyvän kadun loppua eikä meluisia ohikulkijoita ollut kuin pari kertaa viikon aikana.

Emplacement idéal. Attention très bruyant la nuit. Ce n’est pas vraiment un appart hôtel en effet il y a rien pour cuisiner. Propreté déplorable de la salle de bain ( conduit bouché, moisissure, bonde de douche non nettoyée, forte odeur d’égout ) Très très moyen.

Dårlig service - men god beliggenhed

Da vi tjekkede ind, havde hotellet afbestilt vores reservation blot få timer inden vi ankom. Vi havde ingen mail eller besked modtaget om dette. Det betød at vi ikke kunne få det dobbeltværelse som vi havde booket. Vi fik lov til at booke et andet værelse, men slet ikke til samme pris, og det indeholdte hverken varme eller dobbeltseng. Der blev ikke gjort rent under de 4 overnatninger vi havde. Vi forsøgte flere gange at gå ned i receptionen, men ingen af gangene var der nogen til at hjælpe os. Generelt var der ingen service. Vi skulle selv gå ud med skraldet, hvis vi ønskede at skraldespanden blev tømt. Ingen rene håndklæder, og ingen støvsugning. Beliggenhed var i top, hvilket selvfølgelig opvejer en del.

Sportlovsresa till Krakow

Vi valde Aparthotel Rembrandth på grund av läget i Gamla Stan och närheten till Torget och att det skulle finnas frukost tillgänglig att beställa på hotellet. Läget var perfekt mitt i stan med många sevärdheter och restauranger strax utanför dörren så att det inte fanns någon frukost tillgänglig pga restaurering spelade ingen roll. Servicen var bra och vi bokade transport från och till flygplatsen vilket fungerade utmärkt. Entrén var något spartansk men boendet var bra och prisvärt för en semester med familjen.

Accommodatie ligt echt op een ideale locatie, alles op loopafstand. Eigenaar is heel behulpzaam en aardig, spreekt goed Engels wat ook fijn is. De kamer was netjes en had alles wat je nodig hebt.
