편안한 숙박
숙박할 수 있는 공간이 매우 넓고 좋았어요. 특히나 화장실은 매우 넓었습니다. 화장실에서 냄새가 올라오긴 했지만, 문을 닫고 있으면 괜찮았어요:) 편안한 숙박이었습니다.

비가 많이 오기때문에 외관은 허름해 보였지만 내부는 넓고 쾌적하고 침대도 푹신했어요. 다만 주차비용은 투숙을 하더라도 따로 지불해야하더라고요 ㅠㅠ 그 점만 아쉬웠요.

Considering Pullan's reputations insufficient
Kuching's downtown has several famous hotels and competing for each other so long times. Pullman is one of a newly appearing competitor in this old traditional city. Everything is fine, lovely food, cleaned room, and comfortable swim pool, excellent location to the waterfront, etc. But not so much satisfaction when we are going to the famous hotel. Pulman in Kuching a little bit standard type of hotel without distinctive character, I miss about that. Anyway, I recommend this hotel, only at the special price.

전반적으로 만족스럽지만 다음에는 다른 호텔을 이용할 예정입니다.
전반적으로 청결하고 진철한 편입니다. 다만, 일정 중에 룸을 변경하고나서 세탁물이 제대로 전달되지 않거나, 소소한 룸 비치물품(드라이, 세면용품 등)이 빠져있어 하나씩 데스크에 신청하여야 했습니다. House keeping에 다소 문제가 있었으며, 호텔 바의 맥주값이 호텔임을 감안해도 너무 비쌈 (현지 클럽에서 18링깃, 레스토랑 20링깃, 호텔 바 80링깃) 그밖에 욕실이나 객실은 넓고 쾌적한 편임.

트윈룸으로 10박했음. 와이파이 속도는 만족할만큼 빨랐으며, 조식은 맛있었음. 직원들도 친절했으며, 주변의 관광지와의 접근성도 좋았음. 호텔 2층엔 수영장과 헬스장도 있음. 호텔 로비 지하엔 쇼핑몰이 있으나 그리 활성화되어 있진 않고, 다만 간단한 식사해결하기엔 적합함. 호텔 입구에 작은 편의점 있음. 호텔 카드키는 종종 제대로 작동하지않을 경우가 있음. 이 경우, 카드키를 호텔 로비에서 새 것으로 바꾸는 것이 낫다고 봄

Terrible Service Providers for Interational Guests
Hotel reception desk people - so called one kind of on-stage service providers - have no idea on what kind of services traveling customers need. This hotel should not exist in for example hotels.com kind of services, which typical travelers would expect customer-friendly hotels. Hotel is not just physical stuff like huge lobby, big rooms, TV, breakfast. Hotel should serve as a sort of local base space where visitors can relax and prepare his journey. This hotel staff members, both at check-in and at check-out as well as another encounter right after check-in, were very deceiving. The worst experience I have ever had at my 54 years of age at a hotel. Maybe this hotel is only good for local Malaysian people, not for international travelers. Get rid of this hotel from your list.

This is a 5 Star Hotel - 5 very small stars
The good thing first - the bed was comfortable and the air con worked Then the bad - No hot water for showering, bathroom sink was blocked at arrival and had to call maintenance, bar fridge had to be deiced and then barely cooled, only 4 lifts for the size of hotel should be at least 6-8 so long waits, car park is really annoying coz they charge you RM5 per day, which is ok if you didn't have to go outside the building to pay the 5RM in an unsafe area - why do they bother charge RM5 instead on making it free parking is beyond me. All in all a hotel very much build on a budget and maintenance is poor.
