"Need to renovate the bathroom. The personal and service was great. Breakfast first days was more than ok then they made some upgrades that made it very good "
"A great location. The economy room was terrible. The shower was full of mold. The floors were not clean. It was beside the kitchen so we heard the noise until 2am. Breakfast was nice. "
"If you like all inclusive, family friendly, great location right on the beach and huge pool etc this place is for you. However, the beds are as hard as planks, and the music goes on until 11.30pm. If you book get a room away from the paradiso cafe, so you can have sleep. We personally didnât eat there, food was avarsge. "

"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that werenât connected because the family suite we had booked didnât have working AC. This wasnât made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked.
To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything.
We didnât get great service and it felt a bit like fending for yourself.
I donât think the website makes it clear that all inclusive only allows you to eat in the main dining buffet restaurant - and you are only allowed to eat once at any of the other restaurants (unless you book 7 days or more).
Water park was ok - limited rides for little ones and the fair was at best, maybe an hour or so before the kids got bored.
