The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room felt a bit claustrophobic lacking windows. If you are just staying for a night and only to have a place to sleep in, it’s ok. But if you are going for a nice visit in Sthlm don’t pick this one. The best thing is the central location but that’s it 😊
