Bad choice... far from the airport...

Terrible hotel. Not clean, not practical and not close to the airport. Sorry but not up to the international standard. Plus it is much cheaper at the desk than on hotel.com ... bad bad bad choice.

予約後の情報で住所の記載がなく、電話番号はPCサイトで記載有るも、アプリ内では、住所、電話番号の記載されて無かった。 地図上の位置でこのホテルが昆明空港から徒歩でも行ける距離の位置にあった為、予約したが、実際は10km以上空港から離れており、結局、電話をしても迎えもない為、タクシーでホテル名で場所を検索してもらい、たどり着いた。 ホテルの地図上の位置は正しく表示して頂きたい。 フロントの対応も悪く、ぱす

Do NOT stay here

I was using this as a transfer hotel to take an early morning connecting flight. There is a really nice hotel right outside the airport but it is not available on Hotels.com. The map feature of the Hotels. Com app showed this hotel as right next to the nice one. IT IS NOT! After trying to arrange a shuttle with the staff that does not speak English, I was eventually put aboard a shared shuttle than made 3 stops after going 5 miles down pretty scary back roads. Despite having to pay cash at the counter because they did not take Visa, I was also charged through Hotels.com. This whole experience was a S@*t-show.

Double Charge

I booked the hotel for my parents for their layover and paid for the hotel with hotels.com. At the time of check-in they were informed no payment was made and had to make a cash payment to check in. Also, the hotel on the website says it is about .5 miles from the airport it is indeed about 8 miles away. The information is in-correct on the site. The check in was Oct 28, 2019.

部屋は清潔で問題ありません。スタッフは英語ができませんが翻訳アプリで問題なくコミュニケーションが取れます。 空港から車で15分ほどの場所にあります。空港からは到着ロビー出て左に行ったところの公的な？トラベラーカウンターでホテルまでの無料送迎をお願いします。ホテル自身が送迎やってる訳ではないのでホテルに電話してもダメ（中国語しか通じないので大変）。カウンターに同じ方向の人たちがある程度集まるとマイクロバスを出してくれます。夜中着なので事前にメールしましたが音沙汰なし、でもホテルは夜中着でも部屋は確約されていました。 空港への戻りはホテルが直接無料送迎してくれました。

Hotel near Airport in Kunming.

Please note that this hotel has moved location. There is no bar or restaurant. The hotel is clean and adequate for a one night stay prior to a flight. Toiletries are available in the room but you need to pay for everything, including soap.

位置情報詐欺、空港送迎バス、wifi利用可能

このホテルを選んだ理由は空港からの距離。hotels.comでは徒歩でも行けそうな距離に書かれているが、実際は車で15分ほどかかる。タクシーだと23元。昆明を訪れる外国人観光客は少なく、タクシーは英語が通じないから苦労する。だからこのホテルを選ぶと無駄な苦労が増えることになる。 部屋は綺麗でシーツやタオルも清潔で快適。シャンプーや歯ブラシなど一通り揃っている。 wifiはロビーだけでなく、部屋でも利用可能。 ホテル1階にはコンビニがあり、周辺に飲食店がたくさんあるため、昼間は飲食に困ることはない。 空港への送迎は周辺ホテルと共通の送迎サービスのバス。このホテルが起点になっているらしく、順番に他のホテルの客を拾いながら空港への向かう。ハイウエイを利用しないため20分はかかる。 位置情報さえ修正されれば、正当に評価できる。

昨年に続いて二度目の宿泊。無料シャトルバスは空港のサービスカウンターの男性と翻訳アプリを介して粘り強く交渉してやっと来てもらった。夜半過ぎの到着にも関わらず、空港を出るまで２時間近くもかかった。 ホテルは値段相応。ベッドは適度に堅くて寝心地は良かった。トイレバス一体型で、仕切がないので、シャワーをあびるとびしょびしょになる。朝食付だったけど完全にローカルな人向け。 ミネラルウォーター、アメニティの歯磨き、ひげ剃りなど一つ一つが有料なのは残念。 予算に余裕があればもう少しグレードの高いところにしたかった。

30-45 minutes away from airport

Hotel is actually about 30-45 minutes drive away from airport unlike what it shows on the map. A third party van picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the hotel. Hotel is not exactly well maintained and the showerhead didn't really work.

大人数で昆明空港に夜中過ぎに到着する便だったため、出発前にホテル側から中国人の友人を介して周到に無料シャトルの乗り方を指南してもらったにも関わらず、待ち合わせ場所に誰も現れなかった。 ３階にあるインフォメーションセンターに行きホテルにつないでもらったが、まさかの英語ができない人で、いちいち時間がかかった。 空港からホテルまでは15分くらい。 ホテル自体は値段の割には清潔でアメニティもそろっており、悪くはなかった。 しかしブッキングしていたトリプルルームではなく、ツインルームを人数分あてがわれた。 値段は変わらなかったので問題はなかったが、なぜそうなるのかの説明はなし。 まあ、そんなもんだろう、と思うしかないか。

空港シャトルバス無料

空港に近く、朝5時と６時に無料のバスがあります。 宿泊時に伝えれば送ってくれます。 エアコンが効かないので寒いです。 ケースに入っているため、 ボタンが一部押せない用になっているため、押せるボタンをいろいろ押してみました がだめでした。

No Yuan? Good luck, you are not welcome here!

This was a not so good hotel experience. They are supposed to be an airport hotel, but hey did not provide shuttle service. They only accept Chinese Yuan as payment, credit cards and debit cards are not accepted, foreign currency is not accepted. So if you do not have enough Chinese Yuan to cover the room cost plus any deposit the hotel requires, you are out of luck. If it is late evening, you cannot go back to airport and exchange your foreign currency for Yuan, so you are left to roam the streets at night and risk getting mugged or arrested.

Bad Facilities and environment. Poor sound insulation and the sound of airplane and trucks will keep you awake. The toilet is broken and only half sitting plate left. The free transportation is poorly arrangement. Several hotels are sharing same van. You have to wait for an hour to get on one as other people keep jumping in without queue. Poor experience.

Shuttle problems

We spent only a few hours in the hotel because of late airplane arrival and early airplane departure. There is shuttle service to the hotel, but the pickup at airport was sketchy with a van that took backroads to get to the hotel. The hotel pickup was by a decent bus (standing room only for some) that got quickly to the airport, but it was late on hotel pickup.

They didn't know us. When I show my booking confirmation, they didn't know this website. The place is very different from here's map. They have airport shuttle service from very early time like 4:30 am.

그냥 하루 잠만 자기엔 좋은 호텔

밤에 공항에 도착해 이튿날 아침일찍 비행기라 공항 주변에 있는 숙소를 검색하다가 예약했습니다. 물론 그덕에 공항까지 오고가는 서비스를 무료로 이용해서 너무 좋았는데요. 일단 방에 방음도 너무 안되서 옆방 티비소리까지 들을 수 있어서 매우 유감이였습니다. 더불어 방 천장에 달려있는 가장 환한불이 고장이나서 불을 켤수도 없었구요. 미리미리 확인해줬으면 참좋았을텐데 아쉬웠습니다.

Clean rooms above average, stuck in the village.

Not possible to get taxi service to Kunming. No English speaking personel (not expected). Clean and nice rooms.
