The room is complete with essential needs. But it would be better if there is an available adaptor for the sockets. We love that they clean the room everyday, refill water and new towels are provided. Also, the staff are accommodating with our questions but some inquiries are not answered but it could be because of language barrier. Our stay was great. They even had a generator for brownouts :)

Amazing, friendly service. Ask for Putra to look after your airport transfers, he is very reasonably priced and has a car for 6 people. Aircon in one room needed attention as did the TV. Nice touch having an Australian plug adaptor/powerboard in the room. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Family room was great for a 2 week stay, large and with 2 bathrooms, plenty for our family of 5. The pool has plenty of shade which we prefer.

Little Oasis in Kuta

The toilet was kind of busted at the bottom and the towels were a little bit dated. Other than that it's a great place to stay. In fact, This is the second time i have stayed there. I think the value for the money is excellent and the staff is really great. Oh, and the swimming pool is well maintained, although very chlorinated. I will stay there again next time i go to Bali.

チェックイン時の対応は満足でした。 ですが、希望した人にはドライヤーの貸し出しがあるとのことだったので貸し出しを希望したところ、壊れてるので使えない。とのこと。 また、部屋の清潔さ等はよかったですが、部屋の中にありが多く、2台あったベットの片方にはベット上にもありが何匹もいました。気持ち悪かったです。 アメニティは固形石鹸のみ。シャンプー等はなにもありません。目の前のコンビニで要購入ですね。

I like the pool a lots. If the hotel being maintained properly it would be perfect. The washroom is old and seem wasn't clean. The coffee for breakfast was terrible as it wasn't filtered. It's quite a distance from the beach. He staffs were extremely helpful and courtesy.

We paid $60 odd $$ for our 4 night stay and for the price it was great, pictures were as they looked and the pool is bigger in person. Great place to sit around as trees provide good shade. Room is basic but ya only in there to sleep really. Overall we were all satisfied with our stay

For a budget hotel in the middle of Kuta, this place is pretty good. Friendly staff, close to everything but still quiet, decent breakfast every morning, and a great driver available for day tours (Hey Wayan!). The only downsides are the deep pool, and no way to cook or heat up food in the family bungalows. But those are small gripes, easily managed. Great place to say, and highly recommended.

Nice place to stay

Place was nice but basic ,fantastic pool, great price, staff were lovely. We were there for two weeks, wifi good, breakfast was simple but nice. Place was quiet and close to cheap restaurants. Only problem I had was the sheets were not changed in this time as I spilled food on them not long after arriving and they were still on until the end, I also had to clean my own bathroom basin as this was never done. I would stay there again.
