We have stayed here several times. It is clean and quiet. Everything works. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is located close to several good eateries. The breakfast is good. I am sure we will stay there again.

We stayed last year and loved it. This year the quality seemed to have gone down. Broken elevator car, stained carpet, pull out bed mattress was dirty, missing or broken light…. Breakfast was great, staff was great! Just was disappointed at how quality had gone down so much since last year.

We stayed one night. The room was cleaned well including the bathroom. the room and the carpet in hallways had no noticeable odor like other hotels. I would stay again.

We were there to visit family. We were very impressed with friendliness and accommodability of staff. We were very impressed with roominess, cleanliness and decor of the room. It was very quiet and everything worked. Breakfast was ordinary, but again, staff was very friendly and helpful We will stay there again.

We flew in on a red eye from Alaska and were woken at 9am by housekeeping banging the door next door as she went in and out of the room.

The lady who runs the breakfast in the morning is so nice and accommodating! My one suggestion is to have enough bath towels in the room for the # of people on the reservation so that guests don’t need to request for more after check-in.

I’ve stayed here before because it’s a nice place to stay, especially for business trips. This time I showed up for my 2nd night and there was no fresh towels, sheets, etc.. The room wasn’t cleaned by the staff. I went to the front desk and was told “You were supposed to tell us to clean it” lol,( like I said not the first time staying here) I asked for another room because they wouldn’t clean it and was told it was not doable because the boss wasn’t on site. I had to check out a night earlier and drive back home, of course no refund because i “didn’t pay for the insurance fee”, I just expected the hotel staff to perform their job. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Good place to break up a long drive
We stayed overnight to avoid the morning rush hour into Austin Texas. This cut 3 hours off our already 10 hour drive. A little off the beaten path, but far enough to not hear the I35 traffic.

I hate the fact that it somehow changed the dates of the stay on its own and the hotel wouldn’t allow for modifications , so they charge the total amount for a night for the stay

The staff is kind and accommodating. I stay here often and they are kind to prepare the room fragrance-free for my allergies. I appreciate that-- it makes traveling so much more comfortable for me. The assistant manager, Maria, and manager, Nate are very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Diane the breakfast attendant is very friendly and does a nice job.
