TV빼고 다 좋은 곳
뷰도 좋았고 직원들도 친절하고 룸도 깨끗하고 넓고 좋았습니다. 하지만 TV는 일본 채널도 몇개 나오지 않는데 스마트TV도 아니라니 외국인에게는 TV가 거의 장식품 수준이였습니다.

I've stayed here twice and it's a great boutique hotel offering spacious rooms and an amazingly luxurious bath! Wonderful bento breakfasts. VERY close to everything. Will stay here every time I return

The hotel says they offered breakfast - I would not take this option. It’s a breakfast that comes from somewhere else. The staff were not very helpful when I said I was a vegetarian Otherwise the rooms are large and the area is well located for tourists

We loved how conveniently located this property is. The rooms were a good size and very well-appointed. Plus very quiet. The only downside is the lack of a restaurant or bar on the premises.

This property is definitely a 4.5 star at minimum. We have travelled to many, many countries, and have stayed in many types of accommodations. This is one of the finest, best situated, and beautiful hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. We overlooked the beautiful river with a patio. The room had EVERY amenity that you could ever need. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we return to Kyoto. Thanks Hotel Alza Kyoto !

Huge rooms, by far the biggest and nicest hotel we stayed at during our very busy travel around Japan. Hotel staff goes above and beyond, speaks great English, and is incredibly accommodating. I plan to come back to this hotel when i return to Kyoto. The bathroom in the hotel room was by far the best part, I miss it! Great value for your money, very close to transit and everything you want to see in Kyoto.

We loved staying at this hotel. Our room was spacious and overlooked the river and with a view of the cherry blossom trees. The staff was helpful and could speak english. The location was great. We were able to easily walk to the Gion district and restaurants. We also liked that this wasn’t a huge hotel which made it feel more intimate and it was quiet. We would stay here again.

Hotel ALZA Kyoto is wonderful. Beautiful entry, large room with river view. Large bathroom with a large soaking tub! Wine glasses, a few small plates, forks. Electronic curtains, many connections for phones. Small table with 2 chairs. Staff was very helpful.

Superb hotel in a great area. Gion is the traditional part of a traditional city. Easily walkable to many stunning temples and sites. The hotel is low rise with large rooms and was very peaceful and quiet.

We checked in after 9pm and there were still two receptionist greeted us. Also one of the receptionist speaks Cantonese which is super surprised and feel very welcome!

Great location
Rooms are lovely, extremely clean and exactly as pictures show. There is a reception but they are only there when you need them not 24/7. Good location.

Love this place so much! Room is huge and facing Kamo river. The view is enchanting in the morning and sunset. Staffs are all nice and speaks good english (big plus in Japan). Quiet room despite being in front of the road because it has double sliding door. Huge bathroom with huge tub complete with micro bubble. I would never stay anywhere else in Kyoto, and this is our third time in Kyoto.
