The hotel is perfectly situated in Kyoto. There are a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance of the property. I love the communal dining space. I would recommend this hotel if you like a quiet area away from the busy part of Kyoto. The staff is very friendly, speak English, and offer luggage services. The Twin-bed room is very spacious and clean. They provide a TV and mini fridge etc. It's walking distance from Nijo Castle and driving distance to nearby temples "Kiyomizu dera" and "Golden Pavillion"
