Wonderful clean room, kind staff, and fabulous Japanese set breakfast with garden view. Great amenities and good quiet location close to the Imperial Palace.

The staff were always very happy to help. The room was clean and in perfect condition throughout our stay. Although the location is not as convenient as others for traveling by train or bus, there is a shuttle bus available and plenty of taxis if you don’t want to walk or wait.

The room was very comfortable and spacious with a good view of Kyoto. The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They handled the luggage transfer very well and made everything easy.
