"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and the location was excellent. However, during check-in, the front desk staff tried to direct me to use the kiosk by implying there was an issue at the front desk. When I said I did not want to use the kiosk, the staff responded in an unfriendly manner. In the end, I was able to check in at the front desk without any problem. I simply wanted a comfortable and smooth check-in experience, so I do not understand why guests are being pushed to use the kiosk unnecessarily."
