"Les toilettes étaient bouchées. Un homme de maintenance est allé voir pour nous dire que tout était beau, mais rien n'avait changé ! Ils nous ont transférés dans une autre chambre, car je leur ai dit que rien n'avait changé, mais l'homme de la maintenance m'a regardé avec un air comme si je mentais. Les bains à remous étaient fermés... très déçu. Côté propreté, c'était bof. Je n'ai vu aucun petit déjeuner. Pour le prix très décevant "

"Château Laurier is a very well kept hotel. Very clean with all amenities. The rooms are spotless with a small safe to put all your belongings. There is also a Nespresso machine in the room with a few coffee capsules. The hotel is located in the old city and walking distance from all the Grande-Allée restaurants and Frontenac Castle. I enjoyed my stay."

"My husband and I had a five night stay at the Capitol and had a Citadine King room with a balcony and a view of the river and the old city. The front desk staff were delightful, with a smile on their face every time we saw them and attended to all our needs. We had a problem with the AC and it was taken care of. Israel and Lois at the Concierge desk arranged a private tour for us which was exceptional. We had dinner at the Il Teatro twice and the food was delicious! The hotel is well maintained and the staff makes your stay memorable."
