Overall great experience

Isaac was very warm and welcoming when we checked in. He gave us recommendations for food and it was spot on. I would not have had the same experience if not for Isaac. He always greeted us when we came in and out of the hotel and felt like he was glad to see us. Sorry we were not able to say good bye on our departure. Well wishes Isaac. Tara

Great stuff and beautiful area!

Hotel is in pristine condition and well designed. While it is a contactless hotel it was easy to get used to and the rate is a value

Nice property, easy to walk everywhere. We had some communication issues but I am to blame for much of that. Spacious.

Very nice staff very polite. Good informations in french and English

Great location. Nice breakfast included.

Beautiful property- nice decor, great location to many attractions! Love it, love it!!!! Will definitely come back again!

Fabulous location a block from the Chateau Frontenac facing the river and the boardwalk. The desk staff was wonderful with great suggestions. Room cleaning was lacking. We had 4 rooms and 2 of them never had maid service. My sister had to ask for fresh towrls at the desk.

The location was superb. After extensive walking in the upper and lower sections of Old QC, there is no where else that I would consider a better location. The studio T403 was large. airy and very comfortable for two. It was very new. The rooftop terrace afforded amazing views of the St Lawrence River, the Chateau Frontenac and other skyline buildings. I would rebook here in a heartbeat.

This boutique hotel was perfectly located for exploring Old Quebec City. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room which seemed newly upgraded. It was comfortable and very private. We certainly look forward to staying here again.

Excellent service, perfect relaxing location

Very nice botique hotel,.very good location, staff very friendly .

We booked the basement queen bed room for a last minute getaway to Québec City and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish! Eliane, José, and both Phillipes were the most amazing and welcoming hosts, and run an amazing hotel. The building is in immaculate condition, and we were happy to see that our room leads straight to a private (for the hotel) garden area - the perfect place to relax after a long day of walking. The room itself was on the smaller side, but the bed was...

Room was fabulous! The barhroom was beautiful with heated floors! Staff was friendly and efficient! Highly reccommend!

Nice clean place

The hotel had a great location and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had a lovely patio for outdoor breakfast or a glass of wine. I especially liked their wine machine.
