“I just want to start by saying the negative reviews although not a reason to not book, were concerning. However, from the moment we were picked up by our private driver, we were THOROUGLY impressed with the experience!
We arrived early and were able to check-in extremely early, instead of just dropping our bags off. Once inside the room, it was beautifully updated and extremely comfortable. We didn't spend much time there because we explored all day and night and I was there to run the marathon,...

“A big thank you to La Smorfia from check in to check out; friendly supportive and ready to assist at any point. You are well looked after in your stay.
Thank you for a beautiful room, great shower / bathroom, great bed and storage and beautiful balcony view; alongside the mini bar for fresh juice and water. The room was made up daily and I had everything I needed.
Thank you for the recommendations and support for Naples and the local area. Easy communication and could always reach someone...

Had an amazing time at this place. Normally I don’t leave a review but this place was so amazing I had to. The host Paula was great she was so welcoming and helped a lot with our trip.
If we ever visit Napoli again I will be staying at this place and this place only!
Breakfast 👍👍👍👍👍
We had to leave earlier than their breakfast services but they prepared it earlier for us.
In addition, it was my girl friend’s birthday and they prepared a small birthday dessert with a candle for us....
