“Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by It’s Room Naples. The only issue I experienced was at checkin,. We arrived at 10:00 AM, when someone was supposed to be there, but no one showed up. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes before someone sent us the code so we could leave our luggage and get on with our day. That small inconvenience aside, the room itself exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I honestly wish I could have stayed there...

“Naples was definitely a bit of a culture shock, but this hidden gem felt like a peaceful escape from the busy city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Naples. If you're looking for a quiet retreat while still being close to everything, I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“The staff was fantastic. We were traveling by car and got extremely turned around... (I'm still not sure how we ended up on a sidewalk.) The staff was so awesome. They came and found us, helped me get the bags to the hotel and helped my boyfriend find the parking lot. They were so sweet. The place was great! The AC was nice and cold. In walking distance to everything. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!”

“The location in the historic centre was excellent - an easy walk to most places as a first time visitor. There's lots of restaurants, convenience stores and a taxi stand nearby. We had the room with a balcony, which was nice to watch the goings on in Naples' busy streets, so there's some noise. You have to carry luggage one flight to make it to the main reception. No elevators from the ground. The front desk is not 24 hours. Most times there was no one staffing the front desk. They're easily...

“Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well.”

“넓은 객실에 청결한 청소상태.. 마비스 치약까지 겸비된 객실입니다 조식도 가짓수는 많지 않지만 먹을 만 했어요 다만 교통편이 불편해서 역에서 택시를 타고서도 호텔앞까지 들어가지 못해서 짐 끌고 가기 힘들었네요. 대신 체크아웃할때에는 직원분한테 부탁해서 호텔앞까지 택시를 부를 수 있었습니다.”
