“I plan on returning. The hotel is nestled in the heart of San Jose, it's a huge property. I chose it for the decor/culture of Costa Rica. I swam in a pristine Olympic sized pool, I saw several iguanas, and I don't know how many bird species and in the ceiling of my room, what I thought was a mouse, was actually a bird nest with new hatchlings, which was a bit disturbing when I was sleeping. “Breakfast is amazing !!! And the staff and security are so helpful and wonderful!! Very knowledged on the property as well, just make sure you have bug repellent before going to your room, a lot of insects but with the repellent it wasn’t bad. Also no tvs no microwave and no fan or AC just be mindful about this. It is the ultimate getaway for sure for peace and quiet. But the bar el gato on the property is soooo cute and the drinks are delicious, see Yahaira the bartender she was so great!!!...
