"An oasis away from the cacophony of a busy Florence city centre. Yet well connected thanks to the shuttle service that’s well ran by the hotel staff. Good restaurant and breakfast. Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Well worth staying here if you want a quiet place rather than the huddle and bustle of a typical Florentine city centre hotel. The views from the restaurant terrace and hotel gardens are amazing."

"Beautiful property with priceless views. The on-site restaurant also offered a nice light lunch. The pool area could have been spruced up a bit with some better furniture, but the room was beautiful. Be careful when using the shower as well as it is easy for the water to spray onto the floor. Make sure you understand where the property is located before booking as it is quite a ways outside of Florence city center. I rented a car and drove through the Tuscan hills to arrive."

"The room was clean. The was pleasant. Breakfast consisted mostly of pastries. We traveled as a group of four and the seating for breakfast was challenging to eat as a group. The location to city central was good. There was no place to gather to play games or cards in the evening. The rooftop seats were a plus. Our room could use some attention as the toilet flush button stuck and the toilet seat was loose. Very limited space to unpack and store items as we stayed for a week. Just have shelves, no dresser or cabinet. No amenities on the property. The TV was challenging as the remote to power the TV was very sensitive. Had to remove the refrigerator from the cabinet for it to cool properly."

"Our room 102 was amazing, good size, very clean and perfectly decorated. The staff were welcoming, very helpful and informative. Simona was so lovely and friendly, we shared some laughs with her. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, I like the fact the fresh fruit, meats and cheese were covered to keep fresh and stop any insects. The hotel is a very old building, with a modern feel and the spa was an added bonus. It is positioned in a perfect location. We look forward to going back in the future."
