“I stayed there when I arrive to Costa Rica and the the day before I leave Costa Rica. I met 5 staff on counter and they were all super nice. You can spare money for Taxi if you follow their instruction. They have good Wifi, nice mattress. We enjoyed our staying.”

“The staff, in particular leyling and Kendal, we so friendly and attentive and helpful. Our room was plenty big for the two of us. Happy hour at the restaurant was a draw. And we dined there on two occasions - the food was very good. There is a kitchen area for the guests. The pool was small but very refreshing.”

“Be aware they have rooms without AC, they gave us a fan only room. We were supposed to get a Junior suite and it was nothing like the picture. Not enough towels for the three guests, small beds, close to the reception so the noise early in the morning was not fun at all. Property is nice, cold water pool was been clean so we couldn’t use it for day and a half. Good food, decent drinks prices.”

“Adorable, friendly staff”

“We were looking for an “off-tourist” spot since we flew in from nyc and were driving up to La fortuna. This was an absolute gem. Plenty space for kids to run/play, hot springs, gorgeous river stream. We only had one morning, but would’ve easily stayed for a couple nights if we didn’t have our next stop scheduled! Totally recommend this place - be prepared as this is more like a high-end “glamping”. Plenty beds and sleeping accommodations. Very respectful and accommodating staff. ”

“Suppose in some near death experience you received a glimpse of heaven. Do you think you would post the next day "5 stars, highly recommend" or would you spend some time trying to gather your thoughts and tell people just how wonderful it was? Well, maybe Los Gallitos & Eco Lodge is just short of heaven because I found myself praying to the Lord that He make my heaven similar to my experience there. The views are amazing and the sounds are sweet to your ears. A chorus of birds will sing you...

“We only spent one night here and arrived very late, yet the owner was patiently waiting for us. They make you a fresh breakfast. It's very affordable and very close to the airport. They don’t offer transportation, but that didn’t affect us since we rented a car. 100% recommended."”
