Mucho frío en las noches
No cuenta con calentadores y hay mucho frío en las noches. El hotel es limpio y bonito. El personal es amable pero no tienen muchos consejos sobre turismo. No queda muy cerca del centro de sopocachi.

Good place
This b$b is more like a hostel, but a really good one! The room looked very nice and the breakfast was ok. Overall, we had a good experience there!

I liked the staff very much, they are very friendly and helpful. Ask them fro anything and they do what they can to help you out.

Nice hotel well located
Expedia took money from my visa to pay for the first night reservation and the hotel is charging 35 CAD when the rate in the expidia Web site was 19 CAD. THIS IS VERY UPSETTING AND I WOULD LIKE EXPEDIA TO REINBURSE THE EXTRA CHARGE AND DEAL WITH THE HOTEL

très belle vue
J'ai pu me reposer. Je n'ai pad été dérangé. Personnel très gentil et arrangeant. Petit déjeuner très bon. Il manque un chauffage dans la chambre.
