"Si no quieres que tus vacaciones se tornen horribles, no uses este hotel, cometieron un error al hacer el checkin in de 5 cuartos, un muy mal rato, el staff no es amigable, ni amable, no te tratan bien, están haciéndote pasar un mal rato y son muy groseros, cuando por fin nos entregaron los cuartos en dos de ellos no servía el aire acondicionado, a uno de ellos. Cambiaron la unidad de aire acondicionado y hacía un ruido espantoso no pudimos dormir, tuvimos que esperar hasta el día siguiente después de las 3 de la tarde para tener otro cuarto, en otro de los cuartos donde estaba asignado mi hermano le pudieron cambiar el cuarto hasta la 1 de la madrugadaaaa, fue horrible, ya habíamos usado Las Torres Gemelas anteriormente pero esta fue la última vez, no echen a perder sus vacaciones, no usen este hotel. "
