Cleanliness should be top priority

I booked a king but none were available so had a room with two queens. At least one of the beds was clean. Cleanliness was a problem in the bathroom. Discussed with manager and was given excuses. Don’t take my money if you aren’t going to provide the service.

2 things i did not like evety time ive been there, they put me in a room where 1. The internet is horrible or doesnt work, and the hot water is at best warm or luke warm.

The staff were polite and welcoming. A large amount of transient traffic and people hanging out in the parking lot at all hours. Very noisy in the evening and no consideration for others. Furniture in the parking lot welcomes the noise and partying outside. Repairs and upgrades were attempted but poor workmanship. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Pros: We liked the Wood floor as it felt cleaner than carpet. We liked the convenience of the refrigerator and microwave, the room was overall very nice and comfortable and clean. Location to all your immediate needs was great. The cons: Our coffee pot was broken and wouldnt work. The shower smelled sour like the curtain needs a good laundering. Internet is very slow and a negative if you're trying to work.

Beware false advertisement

Sign in the front office says "Pets" stay free. However, that is a lie. Pets do not stay free. Pet stays free then 30.00 dollars for the next one. It is completely false advertising. If you are not a true "Red Roof Inn" where all pets stay free. Besides I paid for 2 room at 90.00 a room. And we opened the door in the morning and everyone is hovering and they were buzzing around making alot of noise.They kept staring at us making the situation uncomfortable.

Great stay!

Very good stay! I’ve never had issues with any Red Roof Inn. The showers have great pressure, as well as sensitive-skin soap. The air conditioning worked perfectly, it kept the room nice and icy for a good night’s sleep.
