"We had a great time. They were just a couple. I wanna say insignificant annoyances, but did not affect our stay or experience. The ice machine on our floor was out the whole time had to go to different floors for ice, even though I told the staff about it, never saw anyone working on it. The phone in our room didn’t work and found this out when the elevator went out and couldn’t call the front desk we were on the eighth floor. And then the only USB charging port had somehow been gutted and non-usable. But like I said, these were just minor inconveniences our total stay was great. staff was extremely friendly and helpful."
