“The room was small and overpriced. The communal rooms were small and uninviting. And the breakfast was terrible. But the location was very good.”

“The views from this hotel are hard to beat. That being said, that is the only thing i would give 5 stars. The chairs by the pool are so hard to get because so many of them are only for rent, making it difficult for parents with littles to actually be close to their children to keep an eye on them. The upholstery in the dining areas, the curtains, the seating in the lobby ALL had massive stains on them and was so gross looking. There is a smell they are trying to pump through the lobby but it is...

“The breakfast in the morning was great always stocked and fresh.The cleaning crew was excellent they help with anything i needed.The pool and hot tub area was always clean and the only problem waa the hot tub on our last night wouldnt heat up but that was the only issue with that area. The only thing i had a problem with was one woman at your front desk that i checked in with and out with was very rude when i checked in and also when i went to the desk the next day to ask for some more coffee...

“Everything is great at this hotel - stayed here a few times. It’s clean, comfortable and great breakfast too. My only complaint is there is very low water pressure in the shower. ”

“Beautiful property with so much to do. Great for families. We loved the executive suite with full ocean view on the 5th floor and it was incredible! ”

“We received a call at approximately 9:36 stating that we were creating too much noise. We had a special needs child with and I can’t imagine we were being overly loud. Quiet time starts at 10 Pm as posted. We were located on the third floor and indicated we had a child with us. I travel to Beaufort once a month on business and will be looking for other options for lodging.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Room 302. The property is in a perfect location to visit historic Beaufort. The staff is outstanding and the breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend!”

“The bathroom looked dated even though the hotel was updated last year. The bed was not comfortable. ”

“The elevator was broken. We were on the 3rd floor. The doors to the stairs slammed all night with people coming in and out. It was impossible to sleep. The trash picks up at 4am and is so loud. ”

“Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay.”
