Great Hotel!

Great hotel with great staff. Very clean. Superb breakfast. Nice gym. The hotel has a direct access to the "Emporium mall" in case you need to go for shopping which is a good thing. Two things could be improved: adding half an hour to the breakfast time 11:00 am instead of 10:30 am, and beeing more carefull with the bed sheets. Not that the sheet were dirty, but they had some stains that seems not to go with washing and it's a pitty when you look at the general cleanliness of the hotel which is outstanding.

The place to stay in Lahore!

Great hotel, very clean and spacious! Just a shame about the slow service, asked for multiple items such as loo roll, iron etc. on separate occasions and was waiting over an hour. I understand sometimes there is delay but there was no communication to advise of the delay. Despite that I would stay here again, the buffet was amazing - so much choice! & the fact that you have your own entrance to the mall

On the last day of my stay when I was ready to go for breakfast my wristwatch was in my carry-on bag, but when I came back to my room, I checked my watch it was missing. It was stolen when I went for breakfast, the only person I saw going into my hotel room was a cleaning lady. My watch was Baume and Mercier. I will not stay at this hotel.

Overall the hotel is lovely however they did not give me the right room as I booked an executive room and they put me in a deluxe room. When I complained they said it’s Hotel.com fault and not there’s. After having a long discussion they moved me to a presumably executive room but it was no different to the deluxe just a little bigger which was not useful as it’s dead space.

Hotel is new and well constructed. Room is a touch on smaller side but good and with everything you expect from this category of hotels. Breakfast was great both from options and service view point. There are few improvement opportunities in service though. I was not given wifi password and couldn’t find that in room so I had to call. Also couldn’t find checkout time anywhere in the room and wasn’t told at the time of check in. Overall a good modern place
