“The room was very clean but our second room was supposed to be accessible and was not, even after leaving (unanswered) messages to the hotel after reserving the rooms. They did help out as best they could after the fact though. The room was spotless and quiet except for mid-day when the housekeeping staff, seemingly oblivious to the fact that a lot of rooms were occupied and some guests might have wanted a nap, carried on yelling back and forth to each other down the hallway at full volume. “The front staff were excellent. We did not like having frozen orange juice for breakfast as the juice machine was not working and the next morning no juice. We also did not like being in the shower for 3 minutes and having the shower go cold. The water pressure was very weak. When I called the front desk I was told that it happens on the 4th floor and to wait a couple minutes and try again. It never did get hot in a couple minutes. “Tru Hotel has a pleasant ambiance, great for kids of all ages & they provide fun games for all. The front entry has plenty of seating for conversation, personal workspace, or just to hang out. The comfortable furniture, great lighting & large windows, provide a laid-back atmosphere. The front desk has plenty of snacks, drinks, and even beer and wine, a nice surprise. A coffee bar with hot water for tea, is available all day long. The Gym is on the smaller side, but enough for a quick workout....

Even tried calling around midnight to ex 500 for the hotel to which clerk responded that that extension isn’t working Very poor experience and disappointed in staff responses.”
