We have stayed here several times. Free breakfast is one of the best for a motel. We stayed 3 days. No maid service for those days so we did need to empty the trash. Wil stay again when in the lake havasu area.

My room was clean and very nice considering this is an old building. I did plug in my refrigerator and came back to my room and there was water all over the floor so I had to unplug it. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. When I left I noticed that somebody had keyed my car which was a very disappointing way to end my vacation. I've never had that happen. But given the type of people that that go to Lake Havasu for memorial Day weekend, I'm not too surprised.

I like the fact that the walls were cement at very quiet between rooms. If you're in the front of the property, it's a lot quieter. The rooms were good and seemed clean. The only thing I found with the room was the floor hadn't been mopped in a while.It was swept and everything.But if you had bare feet, your feet were black by the end of the day. I'm sure it's because there is asphalt outside.And people bring it in on their shoes. Makes the towels black when you stand on them. The breakfast is nothing spectacular.The coffee was good.

The hotel was in poor condition. Stains on the furniture, pull out sofa bed was dirty to the point our guest didn’t sleep on it. The staff was nice though. The lady at the front desk even waived our early check in fee. So I only have positive things to say about her and the service she gave us. Unfortunately I will not be staying at this hotel again. It was an unpleasant stay.

Person checking us in appeared to be on meth or something? Lobby looked nice, but rooms are needing updating and cleaning. Best part about the place was the view from the breakfast room. Motel is conveniently located. After first night of diesel trucks running right outside our door and car alarms going off all night, we asked for a refund but they would not give us our money back. Next time we'll pay more for a better motel.

Coffee maker still had used grounds in it. Bathroom stool seat is too thin making use of the stool impossible except in standing position. Change out the seat. Ice water in the bar area was a very nice amenity. Staff seems "harried".
